the location was amazing. it was just around the corner from popular spots. i found the subway station nearby convenient. the staff was very friendly and available at concierge day and night!!!

The front desk staff were REALLY lovely. They improved the entire experience. I appreciated the recommendations given and the option to store leftovers in their fridge. The room was quite clean and the bathroom felt nice and spacious. I will be coming back.

The vending machines were broken. This was a little disappointing as I wanted a quick snack one evening.

the location was really something! i walked to many places i wanted to see. the hotel was clean and well kept. the front desk was super helpful with directions and suggestions!
